安裝完成後到程式集啟動Rambooster 2.0
一開始就會看到一個有記憶體及Cpu使用率的畫面 ，你可以先嘗試一下調整"Memory Control"到你現在記憶體容量的2/3左右 然後下"Optimize" 就會開始清理囉。
***自動清理***
到上方的"Edit"→"Option"→"On/Off setting"中將所有選項打勾，除了一個Sound On(除非你想聽到清理記憶體時有聲音提醒你)
"Numeric Valuse"
是指要它自動清理的最低界限(建議1 /4的Ram容量，太低會造成電腦一直在清理)。
是指要它自動清理多少空間出來(建議2/3~3 /4的Ram容量, 設太高也清理不了，必竟還是有軟體在使用中)。
看要在CPU多空閒時才自動清理(建議調成30太低就無 法自動清理了)。

2. 在服務「Automatic Updates」上點二下。
3. 點選「登入」頁籤，確定登入身分為「本機系統帳戶」且「允許服務與桌面互動」“沒有”被選取。
4. 確認服務已在目前的「硬體設定檔」中被啟用，如果沒有，按下「啟用」按鈕。
5. 點選「一般」頁籤，確定「啟動類型」為「自動」，然後按下「啟動」按鈕以啟動服務。
6. 對「Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 」服務重覆2 ~ 5的步驟。

4. 重覆上述步驟重新註冊下列元件
